I cannot say enough about this company! I had to move my father rather suddenly, across state lines from his home in Franklin where he had lived for 24 years. The decision was made to sell his Franklin home, but with no family members in the state, this was going to be a task that I had to manage from afar. I came across Mark and Mary on this very page, and their services seemed to fit my potential needs perfectly. I wasn’t disappointed. My fathers home had to be cleaned, repaired and sold, and this company was able to complete every aspect of the process. They decluttered (imagine 24 yrs in a home with 50 years of belongings that had to be trashed, saved, shredded, donated and sold), they cleaned entire home making it ready for showings, they repaired (hiring contractors to fix issues in the home and improve its value), they staged the home for sale and facilitated the entire sale of my fathers home. Communication was top notch, always keeping me informed of what was happening and consulting with me on decisions that needed to be made. We completed the sale of the home a week ago, which was a tremendously short 2 month time frame with all that had to be done. They provided the hands on approach I needed when I couldn’t make multiple 16hr tips to get the home to a sellable state and exceeded all my expectations. I can not recommend this team enough. Mark made sure every aspect of this move was as stress free for us as possible. His great attitude was remarkable, his teammate EJ was delightful, and together they moved my 90 year old mother into her new assisted living apartment without any complaints or damage! Caring Transitions did a wonderful job moving my mom across town from one assisted living facility to another. They packed up the rest of her items that I did not have time to pack (due to limited time in her apartment because of corona virus restrictions), and they also took items to her storage unit that she no longer had space for because of downsizing her apartment. They had a large estate sale with a lot of stunning jewelry. I won the auction I placed a bid on. The auction closed on Saturday and the beautiful, vintage charm bracelet lot was here, in Florida, Wednesday. It looked just like it did in the pictures from the online auction. The whole process was easy (it was also my first time ever bidding in an auction) and I'm excited for the next one.
