Creative Stone Landscaping

I feel I was cheated in my interactions with Brian of Creative Stone. He overcharged me on a review of our project, stated he wouldn't cash the check when I complained about the quality of the results and then cashed it anyway. He then gave me a ridiculously priced quote and when I stated we would need to reduce the scope of our project and could he help us with that price, he emailed that he would revise but then I never heard from him again. Beware using this guy.

Who has a fantastic experience with a pool/hardscape project?! Unheard of, right?! Not for us! Brian, Mark, and their team did a AMAZING job! 1. They communicated every step of the project 2. They showed up every day in all weather elements and delivered, 3. They exceed expectations with an amazing backyard oasis, one we didn’t even imagine from the start of the project. I had heard horror stories with neighbors having terrible experiences with their in-ground pool builds, where they had to call the contractors daily to see if they’d show up (because most pool companies take on several pool jobs at once), had construction issues, had to do their own subcontracting for lighting, heating, landscape, etc. Creative Stone does it all! Seriously fantastic experience. So good two neighbors have signed for projects, one is putting in their own pool bc of the professionalism and quality of work they witnessed with ours.

I would highly recommend Creative Stone to everyone! Brian, Mark and his team made our process seamless. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome and have had had multiple compliments. Our porch is a beautiful oasis that we will enjoy for many years to come! Thank you, Creative Stone.

No matter what obstacles were in our way, Creative Stone was always determined to meet our needs and provide a beautiful product/outcome. Our backyard is gorgeous, thanks to them. On top of that, follow-up and on-going maintenance has been wonderful. Creative Stone is extremely committed to providing customer satisfaction and quality product.

We were beyond impressed with Creative Stone Landscaping and their crew! How often do contracted jobs come in under budget, under proposed time, and perfect? This was completely our experience! Their kindness, hard work, diligence in getting things done with excellence and on time was much appreciated. They were extremely generous to our neighbors for borrowing their driveway to deliver material down to our yard. We will refer them to anyone we know who needs their service.
