If I could give this insurance company no stars I would . The lack of professionalism from our adjuster Lashanda , was ridiculous, from having to call and set up our own appointments for an estimate , not to mention that when we tried to explain to her that the body shop we chose was asking for her to call to start getting things moving she said thats something you have to do, at that point I lost it, so rude , unprofessional, and just not worth the money I am paying for insurance. There is never anyone in the office when trying to call , so were constantly having to leave voicemails only hear back from them 2-3 days later . Its just ridiculous. DO NOT TRUST COUNTRY FINANCIAL INSURANCE.

So glad that I switched from Country . Country Financial 1-800 number staff is far from knowledgeable, constantly making mistakes and is unprofessional in general. Not to mention the fact that their insurance is extremely overpriced !!! Yes, I am posting for the correct office and will not remove this post even when asked to do so by Tylers unprofessional staff. I wouldnt expect anything less from Country Financial. Save your money and go elsewhere...
