BEWARE. Ted did NOT put in the unit we had agreed on paper for and he had BILLED ME FOR, he put a completely different one(a much cheaper version)and I found out the hard way once he was done. The duct work has leaked since he put it in but he told me that wasn’t covered in his warranty. And that’s half of it. He got angry and actually yelled at me when the job took longer than he had planned and then charged around $1000 on top of what he had bid. Then told me to my face that he would rip all of this out if I didn’t agree to it then. So I had to. Never in a million years would I use this company again. I honestly can’t go into all that he did that was unprofessional bc I’m truly scared he’ll come out here and do something else unprofessional in response. but I am putting this review bc this company only had good reviews when I found this business online and that is why I felt safe to use them. A neighbor suggested we try these guys after disappointing service from previous HVAC companies. Morse Brothers were honest, on time, professional and did excellent work. Can't praise them enough. Highly recommend!

Ted and his employees were very professional, considerate , and efficient. I highly recommend their service. The did a new install for me and it was not easy and they nailed it. Prices were very reasonable.

I've had Ted work on three projects for me (full HVAC system replacement at my home, full HVAC system replacement at my rental property, and a mini split install at my rental property), and he has performed all the work with superb quality. I have gotten to know him a decent bit, and what I really appreciate about him is his calm and kind demeanor. I've called him with questions about my HVAC system, and he always answers and professionally communicates the information I'm looking for; whether he's on another job, on the weekend, etc... one time he even took my call from the hospital! That's the type of quality customer service you're getting with this company. I highly recommend!
