Chris is very nice and respectful until he doesn't like what you are saying to him. So basically he had my insurance cancelled because I didn't like what his helper was offering me. Just emailed the company on this issue and need my insurance back.

My previous agent acted like he didn’t have time for me and was rude and very quick on our phone calls. Chris waited on the phone with me while we set up my family’s plan and made sure it all went through. Then him and his team continually followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. I don’t know what all the bad reviews are for, these guys are great! You can’t expect them to do everything for you, because managing your health plan is your own responsibility. But when you need help, Chris and his team are there.

I have had nothing but a good experience in dealing with. Chris and Rachel. I am recently retired, but not old enough for Medicare. Chris found me health insurance that has met my needs and is affordable. I would recommend doing business with Chris and his team.
