I just LOVE this place!!!! I'm gong to my second class now and it's one of the first times I'm excited for a workout session! I was sweating on the first five minutes of the class; and even though the movements are small and look easy, trust me, they are intense. I'm excited to strengthen my core and entire body! I'm out of shape and didn't know any of the movements during the class; but I did not feel judged or embarrassed; everyone is really nice and welcoming! They offer a huge discount for low income families as well. Highly recommend.

Releve One was an experience I will not forget for many reasons. I will start off with the good. The staff was extremely friendly, the studio is clean and beautiful, and the workout was tough but set attainable goals for every type of exerciser. However, there is one very relevant issue about this studio: the utter lack of warning that the class was religious in nature. I was raised in a non-Christian household and, having lived in Nashville for over a decade, am accustomed to seeing Christian symbolism and hearing Christian music in many businesses that I frequent. Please trust that I am more than willing to embrace faith in businesses. What sets Releve apart is the complete disregard for a heads up that there is Christian-centric dialogue during their fitness classes. I scoured their website and emails for any sort of indication of the religious nature of these classes, and have come up completely empty. Releve, I accept and embrace your right to teach in any way that you and your patrons find helpful and empowering. However, the disregard for any sort of warning is frankly disrespectful to secular and non-Christian individuals, as it contributes to a disregard of religious diversity that is all too common for Nashvillians such as myself.
