Very unprofessional Jemery and Josh are the worst too agents there .....had insurance with them for 6 months and out of no were they take the insurance up .so i get quoted two times cheaper at all state ....so i tell josh i want to cancel and he tells me he got to see proof of insurance for all state which i never heard of the whole time he dragging out my cancellation date so he wont owe me a refund ....he does exactly that dont pay these people no extra payment cause they will find a way to get over on you ..BE AWARE

I cancelled my car insurance in June after State farm failed to follow through with services I was paying for. I've called the office multiple times since then to ask for a refund on the amount I had already paid, and every single time, the office staff has said they will check into and call me back. It's now November and I still have not managed to receive a check and get the same answer of they'll look into it without and results. I have also never received a call back as promised. I'm weary of having to spend months trying to fix something that would not have been an issue in the first place, if the business was able to handle things professionally.

Angela and her team were very helpful. They answered all the questions I had and explained my policy in a way that was easy to understand. Her office staff is very professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend them!
