Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer. And when they return phone calls it’s usually days later. I normally just call Pulaski’s because they answer.

They have always been really helpful and kind when it came to helping me apply and understand SNAP benefits. I recently have dealt with a new case worker, Deborah, who was very rude to me and kept interrupting me on the phone. She made me feel like my time was unimportant and sounded extremely judgey. Besides her though, everyone else has been extremely accommodating and polite.

We sent our responds for the year and we had to go back every day for 6 days because they said they didn't get the responses

I have never had any issues with anyone in this office. Everyone has always had great customer service skills when I've called or had to visit. And someone always returns my phone calls. No complaints here. And thank you for always treating me with the utmost respect.
