        after explaining the extent of my self harm, a therapist here told me that it seemed "special olympics" and i should just stop. gee, i wonder why i was there to begin with?? anyway, that brought me a LOT of anxiety regarding therapy and now i dont even feel comfortable talking to anyone, much less a therapist. i highly recommend seeking mental health resources elsewhere.
