Elizabethton Electric Department

I wanted to come on here and praise the Staff at Elizabethton Electric ESPECIALLY DEENA!!! Im not sure how or why they only have 1.9 star rating because I have been a customer for over five years. I moved from Bristol where Bristol Tennessee Electric not only charges you $1500 deposit if your credit score is less than 800, but they also could care less about freezing temperatures, or Holidays or weekends and will and DO cut off you electric irregardless of any of the real life circumstances but guess who does Elizabethton Electric and they are the ONLY electric service in the Tri Cities that does. The compassion that folks like Deena and Jennifer have for their customers is second to none and that I am most grateful for. These guys deserve a medal of honor if you ask me. So please be kind and appreciate what we do have and how lucky we are that they do care

Been living in this house for more than a few years now, without any issues. The few times powers gone out due to storms or similar, it's back on very fast. I've lived places where it could take much longer for that to happen, so it's good to see.

Giving 5 stars to bump up the score cause the workers who are always out in bad weather deserve better than 2 stars. The 1 stars are mostly people mad at the autopay system.

I had a question about my electric bill, called electric company and spoke with Bradon in billing. This young man was very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. He explained things in such a way that I could understand and will in the long run help me lower my energy bill. Thanks Bradon. Great job!
