BEWARE of this bank, particularly if you are elderly with a large amount of funds on deposit.
A teller employed here stole funds from an elderly widow right under her nose when she went to the bank to make a withdrawal of $100. The teller filled out the bank check for a cash withdrawal and hand wrote one hundred on the dollar amount line, but in the numerical box wrote $1,000. Teller asked the depositor how she wanted the $100 and the lady responded in tens. She was given an envelope containing 10 ten-dollar bills, exactly what she asked for and expected, then she left the bank. Unfortunately, the depositor trusted the bank and did not check the receipt, which reflected a withdrawal amount of $1,000. When she later discovered there was $900 missing from her account she returned to the bank, confronted the same teller with the erroneous receipt handwritten by that teller which receipt reflected two different amounts, and the teller responded to her that it doesnt matter what amounts the receipt states, it only matters what the camera shows. When the bank manager and internal auditor showed us the video, from a camera angle that is placed to protect the bank, not the depositors, it proved nothing because, although it showed some $100 bills being laid to the side of the teller desk where the camera could record it, the actual money being placed in the envelope and handed to the depositor was completely blocked by the back of the tellers head. The bank officers (and a police officer) accepted a distorted camera recording as proof of no wrongdoing. This bank appears to protect their dishonest employees and their own reputation, not their depositors. The depositor feels they are making her out to be a liar, and is not concerned about the stolen money as much as she is about her integrity. But God has recorded the truth against them in the books of heaven.

They're helpful every few years when I get my new debit card. Last year I wanted my family card to look different from my personal card. It took the woman 15 minutes to do this no problem. A few years ago I wanted some statements from 2014 and it was no problem getting my statements the same day. They're very professional and have treated me well.
