The breakfast is hot. The room is clean and spacious. I have room to work and the beds are comfortable. The location is right off the interstate so it works well for whatever your needing.

There were several poor reviews that made me worry going in but I was pleasantly surprised. People commented on the presence of ladybugs en masse in the rooms but having lived in a home once where they congregated every fall I wasn't worried. I only saw 3 dead inside the hotel over our 2 night stay. I heard another customer make a complaint about them and felt bad for the man at the desk. They come in when it's cold because they are drawn to the warmth and light. They are actually the orange Asian variety that is somewhat invasive and completely harmless.
There were also comments about the breakfast but I was pleasantly surprised again. There was anything you could possibly want from a hotel breakfast and more than you usually see. The expected fruit, cereal, bagel, muffins, and coffee we're all fresh and well presented. Link sausage, bacon, and eggs were available with biscuits and gravy and a waffle iron rounding out the meal. The surprise food-wise was the snack bar type content available in the lobby. Instead of iffy vending machines, there is a large refrigerator and freezer alcove in the lobby. Basic bagged chips, candy, and sodas were available beside a surprising spread of ice creams and fruit cups and even beer. There's also a large desk area with print and charge capability in the lobby.
The staff were all attentive and pleasant without being overbearing. The salt water pool is smallish but clean, warm, and inside with plenty of towels and even has a lift for those who are wheelchair dependent. There is a pleasant patio behind the hotel with a couple tables and ash cans beside a small pleasant slightly wild pond/drainage area. All in all, I was very pleased with the stay for the price and will stay there again if I return to the area.
