Would not recommend. Cant keep PCPs, I have had to find a new PCP with them twice in the past year or so due to them not being able to keep staff. Admin is rude on phone and they seem to only care about their paychecks and not their patients.

This practice discriminates against TNCare Patients offering subpar services. The practice as a whole has a complete lack of communication and honesty. They over work and over schedule all the Dr.forcing you to go to the walk in clinic when a sickness arises so they can charge you double that of a PCP appointment. Greedy, unorganized and unprofessional.

I started seeing Julie fossett in 2018 I begged her for my hands to be x-rayed and her nurse call me back and said that it wasn't a cute know this is osteoarthritis I have and anyone that knows anyting knows it it's chronic not a cute what she told me was a cute I was also told when I mention to her that I had diarrhea constantly her reaction was that I must just have diarrhea all the time she doesn't need to be an NP. And also that Vicky that works there told my friend she's about 70 years old and tell her that what was wrong with her was just that she was old you don't use those kind of manners if you're in the health field. I will never go back there and if anybody cares about their self they will not either

Great service and caring staff
