Anywhere you go, most cell phone places have customers all over the place. This location is no exception. Which is good because customers coming in and leaving means a few things. That the service is worth going in for, and if there is an issue they get you out as quickly as possible. This Verizon store is no exception. I've used all of the American big networks and for the most part they all have parity. Without getting into a fanboy debate over whose wide-band or tower prevalence dominates, I decided to make the move. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was busy, but I like seeing busy staff-members. Who in their mind doesn't want to see businesses conducting business! The sign process was easy and the queue flowed smoothly. Although ALL of the staff there was outstanding, I had the privilege of working with Melody T. She was amazing to work with. My frame of reference for this is that my request was non-typical, and she spent roughly an hour with me while navigating me, a division within the company and all that was around us. She had an incredibly warm demeanor and exceeding my expectations as to how a sales-person should navigate and conclude the transaction. There were no high pressure tactics, and her intuition came across in aligning me with the best plan and add-on's for what I needed to do. The other staff were cool as they randomly answered my equally random questions. So buy with confidence and thank you Melody and Co. Big ups :)

Made an appointment, was there on time. Waited 20 minutes longer. When we was waited on, we received the new phone that they did have in-stock. But we was told they would not activate it, because they was too busy. That's very poor customer relations when you are paying $1200+$35+ a monthly charge for their service and they can't even get you started! People use Covide as an excuse! There is NO excuse for not being courteous to people that is spending a lot on your store, buying your product and paying you for your service! And people wonder what's happened to this great country?
