        I joined this bank because I thought it was for Veterans. Some how my information got hacked and thousands of dollars was taken out of my bank. It's been 15 days I have no electricity and going to lose my home. Kim the manager won't give me a merchant letter to help me. She told she told me she couldn't contact the risk department and that's not true. Worst bank I have ever worked with.

        Terrible bank. Rude LGBTQ bank. My mother will be changing after many years as soon as we get her social security check changed. They employ queers/trans and everyone is rude.

        I dont leave reviews often , but I felt the need to voice my opinion on this one. JT (one of the employees that works at this location) has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude employees I have ever heard in my life. If US bank records lines , I recommend checking how he spoke to YOUR clients at 1PM 12-19-2022 right before Christmas. I think I speak for most of Cumberland county when I say do NOT do business at this location unless you enjoy being treat like dirt underneath someones shoe.

        Worse bank in Crossville. Drive from Fairfield Glade but no more. Favorite teller and neighbor left a couple months ago. Slow and rude.
