      Richard Weis first opened J&R Automotive for business in Crossville, TN in 2002. It started as a part-time automotive repair business, operating in a small 2-bay garage. Through quality auto repair and complete care for the customer, J&R Automotive grew into a full-time business, and in 2007 a new 6-bay auto repair facility was built to accommodate the growth.Today, J&R Automotive employs 11 full-time employees, including very skillful ASE Certified technicians and friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. Their devotion to customer satisfaction and the Crossville, TN community has really helped J&R Automotive succeed. Customers know that the staff at J&R Automotive truly cares about their needs, well-being and reliability of their vehicles!

      image Took my car in due to a ticking noise. I already pretty much new what it was, just needed verified and fixed. It ended up being a pretty costly fix, but I believe they quoted me a fair market value for the labor and parts. They were able to get my car back to me within 2 days, as they already had the parts in stock. Leah was the office lady that keep communication with me the entire time, she was amazing.
