I visited yesterday shortly after they opened around 11:30am, and the place was filthy! It's been at least 6 months since I've been here, and everything has gone downhill. Everything in the dining area was dirty. All the tables and chairs were smudgy and sticky, and all the bottles were sticky and obviously haven't been wiped off in eons (salt/pepper shakers, bottles of ketchup, vinegar and the piri piri sauce all nasty, sticky bottles). I didn't even want to touch them. Also, the area where you get your silverware and drinks was visibly dirty with spots of what looked like spilled sauces or food all over the counter. This was 11:30 in the morning! I cannot imagine what the place looked like by the time they closed. I am not sure if they are under new management, but it is obvious no one is overseeing the cleanliness of the dining area. I hate to think what the cooking area looked like! Needless to say, I will not be back any time in the near future. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the food was hot and tasty and the dining personnel were very attentive. But sorry, I will not eat where everything is dirty!
Follow-up - I guess my review above was spot on. After the above review, their cleanliness and service kept going down until they finally closed this location for good over a year ago. However, it is still vacant and the sign still hangs over the door. Hopefully a new restaurant will open here soon.

I just want to give a big shout out to Katrina the Catering Manager at Humdinger's in Cordova you save me big time today !!!!! Thank you so much for getting our lunch to us today in the snow and ice I so very much appreciated it and you will here from me next week for another order. Have an awesome week !!!
