I would give it zero stars if I could! Horrible service and nasty hotel! Trash everywhere upon arrival and horrible front desk clerk!

The rooms were nice and cozy but we didn't have any hot water in our shower. That was the only bad thing

Under construction and had to walk through construction area to get to elevator. We checked in late, paid cash, went out to eat before seeing room. When we came back to the room we went to bed. My husband got up during the night to use the toilet, but did not flush toilet. When I got up at 6 o’clock, I could not flush the toilet. I woke my husband up to see why I could not flush the toilet and discovered no water to toilet or shower, only the sink. Went to talk with receptionist who did not even notice I was standing at desk for 2-3 minutes because she was looking at cell phone. She offered to move to another room to take a shower but we were already dressed and ready to check out. Because we paid cash we were told that no manager on site to make adjustments. Supposedly a manager would be on site around 12-1 o’clock, when we called back, still no one available. Poor customer service, horrible, bare minimal food
