I had a bad experience with this company I advise anyone not to work for them they don't pay you mileage pay for using your vehicle and the guy is very rude my cousin was talking about a situation that she had at another home she had worked at and the person had called her a racial slur and when she told him about it and was giving him an example of what happened to her he laughed and she said what's so funny and he was like oh nothing I just haven't heard anything like that before so the moral of the story is don't let anyone treat you any kind of of way just so you can have a job

I liked the company but they kept playing with my pay rate. I started at 13.50 hourly and they barely gave hours...so I talked with Kim at the office about me working fulltime and a raise. She then up my pay to 14 hourly which is on 1 of my paystubs. The next week I'm back at 13.50... I let them go cause lord knows we not fina play those type of games.... needless to say i will not be returning to this company.

They are not upfront and honest had me spend money for a cpr card and then said they had no cases

Of all the places I have ever worked in the caregiving profession, this is by far the absolute BEST place to work!!!! They genuinely care about their workers, they are so helpful and understanding in situations!! I had to give my review and I never give reviews! If I could give 100 stars I would!! Theyre honest hard working people who genuinely care about their clients needs and their workers! I absolute love it here!!!! They dont make the process complicated at all and walk you through everything!! Theyre so friendly! I cant stress it enough and they will call and check on you when youre sick or out of work! They dont hassle you get mad or anything! As long as youre respectable and do your job and not take advantage of their kindness! As people we are all like this! Theyre the best! And normally I dont work days off on other jobs cause how they treat me, but for them I would run in a min if they needed me!
