Buckeye Home Medical Equipment

This review is for the Cookeville location, but I did try and contact the Jamestown location for help over the many weeks I was struggling and no one returned my calls. I want to start with saying that I really used to depend on Buckeye and believe they cared about patients and were part of my mothers medical team, as Ive been caring for her for 5 years since she became unable to move, eat, or even turn herself in the bed due to a stroke. When I called the Cookeville office about a warranty claim on an air mattress that was making it so difficult on her and us, I was expecting the friendly, caring people I was used to. What I got was rudeness from the manager from the very start, refusal to return my calls from the very beginning, confusion, making up stories, putting words in my mouth. It felt like a battle that went on for months, and I was shocked. My doctor, home health, etc all told me to call Jamestown, but no luck!! I left messages on machines and with people and no one would call me back about the rudeness or even the progress . I had no one to talk to and no where to go. The manager of the Cookeville branch literally was making up things to argue with me about instead of just trying to help me, and she would say things like. No, I didnt do that today. I may call tomorrow. I dont know. about getting my 83 year old paralyzed mother a replacement for the only place she spends her days. But then I would hear nothing for 6 or 7 weeks and no one would return a call at all. One of the installers actually called to tell me the warranty replaced it about 7 weeks later. The actual installers are why Im giving this 2 stars. Please go back to being better Buckeye!

Love Buckeye!!! Great customer service and friendly staff and atmosphere. I am an employee here and love how we all work as a team to meet needs for our local communities.

The ladies were attentive and so helpful to my mother in law. She needed a new walker and they got her in and out in no time. Thank you to all of the ladies that helped us out.
