The only reason I chose Presley was because the funeral home I wanted to use was only doing graveside services at the time because of covid. So I went with Presley because other family members had used them and seemed pleased but that was with the previous owners. When I first went in I was greeted and given an insincere and obligatory "sorry about the passing of your mother". I was given a list and a timeline of all the things they needed me to have done before the funeral and I felt very rushed through all of this. I realize they have to have these things set up by a certain time but this is also a very difficult and stressful time for a family member or members and since I was making these decisions primarily by myself I felt very overwhelmed and very stressed. There were some other things I was not pleased about but Let me just suffice to say I would not choose them again.

My father in law passed recently. My husband and Mother in law decided to go with Presleys and we couldnt have been more satisfied. Lucy was amazing. If we even thought of needing or wanting something she was on top of it. She and the other staff made us feel cared for. It was really cold at the graveyard and Lucy even zipped up my mother in laws jacket. They had blankets ready and even helped wrap my mother in law up to be warm as possible. There is no doubt that if we ever need funeral services again in that area we will most definitely be using Presleys.
