Highly recommend. Could not be more pleased!
I called Friday morning for a Monday service. I had an arrangement picked out on their website.
The girl I spoke to was very kind and helpful. She confirmed they didn't have all of the flowers in the arrangement I selected, and confirmed substitutions for my approval.
I placed the order with her over the phone.
We are out of state and unable to make the service. They kindly forwarded me a photo of the arrangement. I've attached the photo from their website for comparison.
As you can see, our basket is beautiful. and the flowers even more vibrant than the website.
I would highly recommend Gunnels for your floral needs.

I ordered flowers for my wife with the promise they would be delivered to her work by 10am. At 12 she left and still no flowers and I can't get them to answer the phone. Great customer service on what should be the day they are most on point

It really sickens me how they TAPE A PLAIN PIECE OF PAPER that says "dozen roses 24.99" over the ORIGINAL, PERMANENT SIGN that says "roses 14.99" on holidays, so you have to pay more. What a horrible concept. I dont suggest screwing people over on holidays in order to run a successful business. Why not try giving a discount instead?!

A wonderful experience. I ordered the Fashionista blooms for my wife after hearing she was having a tough day at work. I placed the call/order around 11 am and the bouqet was delivered to her by 1:45. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It made my wife's day and she loved the flowers. Thank you for everything.
