Had been talking to Paul Watson if the Knoxville branchvsince November 2021. When we were ready to proceed with a one time close construction loan in February, we got no response. We called 3 times and left one text. Also called a different branch in Cookeville and received no response. Not sure what to think.

We worked with Lora Lamb on our home purchase.  She was fantastic!  We were first time homebuyers and she kept us updated every step of the way.  There was never a point in the process where we didn't know what was going on with our loan.  She went over ALL of the options that were out there for us, and we never had a doubt in our minds that she wasn't getting the job done.  If any questions popped up, she was always quick to get back to us.  We've been in our home for a little over a month now, and we will definitely be working with her for any future purchase.  Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the headache and confusion of other places.  Get your mortgage here!
