Cane Creek Apartments

Ive lived here several years, and I have been extremely impressed with the new management in the past few months. Robbie has implemented several changes for the better. He held an Easter event (the first since Ive been here), he has made sure the foliage looks great around the office and around the property, and he has made sure to listen to any concerns residents may have. Not only does he care about the residents and their children, but he has made sure to improve their standard of living as well. Additionally, the maintenance staff has done their part to either repair or replace items in the apartments within a timely manner. Both, the property itself and its residents are in the best of hands these days.

I have been renting here for 3 years now and it has come a long way since our new maintenance man and office manager Robbie took over. I have to say they are the bomb. Robbie actually cares about the residents and goes above and beyond for them. The maintenance man fixes things quickly instead of waiting months at a time when things break.

Been living here three years almost four there's been 3 Property managers so far and our new Property Robbie is so far the best manager for this place he has helped me so much and I really appreciate it and also the 2 Maintenance guys has also helped and get things done in no time dont wait for a few months too fix things and also paints fast I also appreciate them robbie has went out his way too help me and others I hope they all stay with this Apartments cane creek place
