Took family member for neck pain was hoping for x-ray to check for problem couldn't get that just sent us off with muscle relaxers no x-ray.so still don't know extent of problem .with good insurance still can't get service

Dr. Belinda Bart has been my PCP for 15+ years. If youve had the pleasure to meet her, you already know what this review is going to say. She goes above and beyond for her patients always. Her nurses are helpful, personable and friendly, and return calls/questions quickly. Dr. Christy Cone is also amazing. She takes extra time during your appointment, to address each one of your questions and concerns. I recommend each of these doctors, and couldnt praise them more.

If you care about the long-term health of your child, I do not recommend bringing them to this facility. Some of the staff are absolutely greatno doubt. However, the overall operating procedure here seems to be to throw medicine at an illness without taking any input from the parents.
My son has had strep 6 times, in 5 months. Naturally, my wife and I are very concerned about the long-term effects of taking that many antibiotics in such a short amount of time. When asked what we should do to counteract the antibiotics for his gut-health, the look on the nurse's face said it allshe didn't know, and frankly didn't care.
After asking around, it became apparent that we needed a referral to see an ENT specialist to consider having his tonsils taken out. When we asked for a referral we got push back from the nurse stating, "They won't take them out. You're just going to have to take antibiotics." Yet we persistedwe needed a referral. She ROLLED HER EYES and said she would do it.
Would you be shocked if I told you we never got that referral? Yeah, me neither.
These folks deserve neither your time, nor your patronage. It's unfortunate that some genuinely good healthcare professionals have gotten mixed up in this facility, but I highly recommend you keep your distance unless you just need a place to prescribe some drugs, in which case do what you have to. But don't expect this facility to promote your child's long-term health.

Sent me to the emergency room, where they told me to basically just wait out the issue I was having. It was completely unnecessary, but I trusted them because of course I'm going to go to the ER if my doctor says I should. Northside Medical cost me ~$800 because they sucked at doing their job. Will not be going back, and am warning friends.
