Horrible place to work. They will lie and push you out when you dont do exactly what they say when they say it. You get wrote up even if you worked til 3am. They expect you to be at their beck and call. Upper management is even worse they will lie and even when you show them proof they dont care. I highly recommend never working there!!

Horrible experience from beginning. No one knows whats going on. Spent almost two months trying to get correct equipment. Was over charged and my they kept my cc on file after being told not to and accidentally randomly ran my debit card without authorization. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing. The people were always nice but clear theres no management.

Excellent care for over two years with home ventilation, however due to staffing issues, and unavailability to contact I am now going with a different company.

The first few months of my experience was good, then suddenly I couldn't get answers to phone calls or information that I need. However, they promptly call me monthly to try and sell supplies for the device which was recalled before I paid it off and has sat, unused, for over a year waiting on Philips Respironics to get through their stuff. The recall is not the fault of HMP, but the sales calls got old a year ago.
