My computer locked up and I asked Rick to assess the problem and let me know if it was worth fixing. He took the desktop with him and reported back the next day. Even though he could not fix the fix, he diagnosed and only charged me for 1 hour labor. I then asked Rick to complete my ethernet network wiring and he jumped right on it. He had the network up and going for me in a few hours and it works perfectly. I would use him again if needed. As a follow up, I gave my old computer, that Rick could not fix, to a friend who found that it was only a bad power supply. My friend replaced the power supply and now it works fine.
