I've been a customer of Verizon for a long time. I needed to purchase a phone today as an emergency because we no longer have a home. I was turned away as soon as I walk through the door. I was told they did not have any time to spend with me or anyone else this afternoon. In a very short and rude tone. My day wasn't bad enough Verizon just had to top it off. I needed one phone to pay for and I could have activated it do Verizon Wireless. I will be working things out settling up with Verizon and I hope never have to speak with them again. My business was totally unappreciated and they must have so much business they do not need to keep old customers. I am very sad and I actually have tears running down my face right now. Thanks a lot

Customer service is very lacking. They will say one thing that sounds good then do something else. Then when you come back and ask they act like you made it up and no one there would ever do that. I've had it happen many times and have heard it happen to many others.
