Softspace

I work with a car lot and I have race cars and big Freightliner and things that I wanted to wrap. I had questions that needed answered and they would not return my phone calls or answer my e mails. I'll take my biz elsewhere.

We love working with SoftSpace! They have handled our vehicles wraps for years and always do a wonderful job. They provide a abundance of signage options and terrific customer service! Ask for Dez - he's amazing.

Went to Soft Space to see about having them put some stripes on my car. A guy came out and looked at it and said it would be no problem. The guy that does the estimates was out that day (Friday), but he said, he will give me a call next week. On Thursday the following week I called them just to touch base and talk to the estimator. He had received the pictures that I printed from the previous guy but had not done anything as far as pricing the actual stripes. I gave him my name and my email again and he assured me that he would get a price and call me back. I waited a few more days and I did not get a call or an e-mail so I called again. Again he did not work on the price and gave me a roundabout number. I told him that I definitely wanted to have it done and to get the material coming and to let me know when a good time to bring it in would be. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything back. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider these guys as they obviously don't care about their customers. I called Kelly with Twisted Concepts in Nashville and told him what I wanted and sent him the pictures of what I wanted and he was able to get me an appointment for next Thursday to get it done.
