Promised visit "in an hour". Never showed. Not begging. Gave you one call. Not giving another. Most interested apparently as to whether I wanted to establish a contractual agreement. Told you in August I needed your service for rest of year. Not important enough to call back?

The people do not respect your time. They will make promises they do not keep. The do not communicate well. They recommended a job to me and when I agreed to it, they delayed it for several days. Then they stated they would be here this morning. I cleared my AM schedule for them and they showed up at...11:58 am. I had dismissed them from my their regular mowings as well as this assignment. When I explained my disappointment and the problems their putting me off several times had caused...they did not apologize. Do not use these people unless you have nothing else to do but wait for them all week. The guys get zero stars because they failed on several levels and did not seem to care. I put one star because it will not let me post otherwise. Maybe if you are a guy they will treat you with more respect.

Very happy with the work they have done for me. Very professional and did the job in a timely matter. Very respectful group of guys and went over and beyond too make me happy with my landscaping. I highly recommend them and I definitely depend on them to show up and get the work done timely. When they say they will be there they always do no matter what.
