I had real bad experience purching a car from this place bought a car check engine light comes on days after they attempted to fix the problem several times I just wanted to swap the car before I got like I am now trying to get it fix still have me the run around for a month

I bought my very first car(2011 Mazda CX-9) from a man name Justin urban he was so extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle he made my first car buying process amazing and I genuinely appreciate his hospitality and he even helped me with getting my payments where I wanted and if you go ask for him he was absolutely amazing and will help you get into the best car for you

This company's slogan, "not your average dealership," gives me hope for the average dealership. On my way to a Kia dealership next door, I saw the sign for Vehicles Direct and pulled in to walk around the lot and find out what made them "not your average dealership," as their sign said. I was greeted by Rex as I got out of the car. I told him I was just there to ask what made them "not your average dealership" and to just walk around the lot, but he seemed ok and I agreed to come into the office with him and then to "look at," (which turned into test driving) a couple of cars. Rex was great at first. He provided a quote on one of the cars, and I thanked him and tried to leave to make my appointment at the Kia dealership and consider my options. From that point on, I was there but did not want to be. Rex brought his sales manager into it, and the pressure was on to buy that day. I went from thinking I might have found a good place to buy a car to wishing I had never driven near their lot. However, I stood my ground and was eventually able to leave. Since then, I've received voicemails the last couple of days from "Jennifer" with their company. I returned those calls today, let her know I would not be back and why, and asked that they stop calling me. Hopefully that will end my dealings with this business.
