        I had a discrepancy with my bank and change card numbers my payment was late getting to them but they were paid in full. Prior to that I had used them several times and never had a payment issue. I like Dr Scott Williams he is a fabulous vet. I would like to continue to use their services but they put me on a non-treat list because one of my payments was 5 days late. I thought that was extremely odd.. and not very professional since the bill was paid.
