They have updated the menu. They have gotten new seats. The food is great. Same great atmosphere!

Kayla was our server and all the recommendations she made were on point. Will definitely remember this place if we ever came back this way down south. I really appreciate the hidden menu Burger

I knew when I pulled in the parking lot on a Friday late afternoon, (4:30), something was wrong. Very few cars. We dont get to Cleveland very often due to living in Ooltewah but when we do come to Cleveland, we would often go to Jenkins to eat. I noticed the menu had changed and so was the quality of the food. So disappointed. We were unaware of the ownership change until I asked the waitress, which she confirmed it had changed. I hope the new owners are reading the current reviews. You really need to understand simple logic. If something is not broken, dont start messing with it. For 3 people ordering sandwiches and 2 drinks$52. My grandson ordered the club 2 pieces of meat! Seriously?? The French Dip bread was horrible. Very soggy. Bake potatoes served with ice cold hard butter in tiny containers. Obviously, we will not be returning. Frankly? If changes are not made quickly, I dont see Jenkins surviving very long. Such a shame for a place that was a staple to Cleveland for a long, long time.
