If wasn't for Rick LG weren't going to cover the repair on my TV which is only one year and 3 month old, but after I called Rick he helped me how to convince LG to cover the repair which was going to cost me more than $600. Thanks Rick for your kindness and professionalism.

After several phone calls with LG customer service, Rick was a breath of fresh air. Rick is friendly, easy to understand, and instills confidence that the job is going to get done. He was in communication with me throughout the entire process of getting my TV fixed, keeping me up to date on when the parts were expected to be in, when they actually came in, when he would be here to fix my TV, and then when he was on the way the day of the appointment. Rick arrived on time and fixed the TV with no issue. I am hanging on to Rick's contact info because this is the kind of customer service I would like in the future if I need a TV fixed. 5 stars!! Thank you Rick!
