Ignored my No Soliciting. Ask to come inside my home when I told him no and after I told him my spouse with not with me due to him being active military. Continued to set up my account when I said no. Very unprofessional

I don’t care if their service is any good or not; their salesman who can’t read a no soliciting sign and won’t stop trying to sell even when I answer the door and tell him I’m not interested has ensured that I will never do business with them.

Comes to my home twice a day for a week. Borderline harassment..take the hint I don't want to be bothered. Just because you need to meet your quota doesn't mean you need to do this. I refuse to do service with a pushy company like this.

Customer service was okay, had to talk to 4 people before I got actual help and even then it wasn’t fixed. I was told the WHOLE buyout would be paid from switching from ADT and boy I was wrong. The representative who came over was nice and bumped it up $500 to pay it off and said it would cover the WHOLE amount. It didn’t. Now after talking with Vivint they won’t cover the rest because it’s not in writing. They have been playing circles with me for a month now and denied to pay off the small remainder. On top of it the first month of having the service I’m having just as many issues with them as I did with ADT. Was not worth my time, not worth the $9 extra, not worth the credit check, and not worth even speaking about it. I regret switching and I hope this saves someone from falling for the buyout trap like i did. If anything at least calling your current provider to get the actual amount and sending it to Vivint for verification. Why do you think they have no reviews on their website at ALL and the only ones for the Clarksville location are 1 stars.
