        We have done business with this company since we bought our restaurant over 3 years ago. The original owner sold it a while back. I am very disappointed in the selection and customer service since the ownership change. I walked in yesterday and was never greeted by anyone. Two people were sitting at the desk in the back and looked straight at me. There was another person to the left when I walked in the door. I returned 2 cases of bowls yesterday from where they gave me the wrong ones (I didnt discover they were wrong until I went to wash them) . The didnt offer to get ones for return out of the car or take the new ones out for me. They didnt have the ones I wanted so I had to settle. They no longer have any used equipment.

      We are so sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory visit to our store. There was a day when one of our employees was in the last weeks of pregnancy and needed to put her feet up for a bit. The guys pitched in to cover the front and might not have been oriented in our usual customer service policies. We appreciate you as a customer and value your business. And good news! We are again selling used equipment and are now also doing service and repair! I hope you will come back again soon!
