    They take extra care of their patients they really care about your issues. Not only did they help me. They also help my son and a lot of my friends. They are the best they make you feel right at home.

    I was a patient here about three years ago, absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. My provider didnt listen to my wishes and chose to increase my dose which I didnt want to do which left me to stop taking my dose because they didnt want to help me or hear my concerns. I am now trying get a hold of my medical records to move overseas for the military. I sent an email on December 14 2023 to get ahold of my records and was told the earliest I could get them was January 5 of 2024. They have not been sent. I have called and emailed and have had other people call, email and left voice messages with still no response. I have called a total of 35 times today and still not once have I received any news or response to get my medical records. Unprofessional and unreliable.

    Literally told them how I just got off a medication I had taken for 3 months that my primary doc had prescribed me that did not help me one bit, and that is why my doc sent me to them. They told me they want to try me on the same exact medication that I had just told them did not work for me. I dont want to put medications into my body that dont work and just pump chemicals into my body. I feel very frustrated that they didnt take me seriously. They told me to try it again for 2 weeks. Now they wont answer my calls as I am trying to cancel my appointment in two weeks I have with them. I have a feeling they are going to try to charge me after reading these reviews Ive been calling and calling, I just want to cancel my appointment. I guess this is the only way to communicate through to you guys is by leaving reviews. So please can you cancel my appointment I have with you Dec 2nd at 9am.

    The lack of communication between Candise + her staff and clients is absolutely abysmal. I have had to show up in-person multiple times to get answers to very simple questions, after calling and emailing repeatedly for weeks with no response from anyone. Additionally, I recently had a change in insurance. Candise was told multiple times it would change soon, then that it had changed, and yet, she continued to bill my old insurance. So now I am receiving bills from Candise's office saying I owe them when my insurance should have covered it, but it looks like they continued billing the wrong insurance. I tried so hard to work with this provider to get her all the information she needed, but it's like pulling teeth to get answers or responses about anything. I literally am about to give up on this practice entirely. In response to this facility's response: First I want to point out that they took the time to respond to my Google review, but still have not called me or emailed me back. Secondly, I was never made aware this facility even had a billing department. I thought it was just Candise and her receptionist. Lastly, please note that my insurance change happened in May/June and it still isn't resolved. Update: I just received yet another bill dated 11/30/2023, which is extremely unacceptable.

We are having to take in to consideration multiple variables. We strive to provide outstanding, prudent, and competent care taking all these variables into consideration. This approach has led to many patients having outstanding results with a more conservative approach to medications/narcotics. We hope to see you again in 2 weeks so that we can help you on this journey of health and wellness. Karleigh, I see that you have added further comments to your original post since our response. If we did not answer your call it is only because we are currently on the phone calling patients with appointments at this time. We will cancel your appointment in 2 weeks if that is what you wish to do; however, yes, there will be a charge to you and/or your insurance for the service that was provided to you today. Though you may disagree with the treatment plan our providers did provide a service and gave of their time and schedule. We wish you all the best.
