A lot to unpack. Firstly was sat in the back, it smelled pretty sour. Then we were moved to another area. Our server was nice but it felt like we were being pushed out. The restaurant was empty. Ordered our apps and it arrived at a decent time. Not even within the 3 minutes of receiving our app we were asked if we looked over the menu and knew what we wanted. We said yes and placed our order. At this time it was pretty obvious of the downward slope that was about to happen.. Within 6 minutes of eating our app.. our soup and salad arrived, not even 4 minutes afterward our main course arrived. A table full of food. There was no time to even enjoy time with one another over our courses. One of the many reasons that I believe going out is a waste of time. No one wants to be rushed when out to eat. It is to be an experience. People just don't care about customer service anymore. It's more about how much money they can get. Find the balance, or you'll continue to lose customers. Yah, know... the "Guest" If I wanted fast food. I would have gone to Wendy's. And to tell your guest you've been running to the bathroom to pee excessively is downright disturbing when you're serving someone. It was cringe. Tmi
