My wife and I decided we wanted to build our dream home so we reached out to Biter Design Build. Marshal Biter was nice enough to take on the project and we are thankful that he did. From the onset he
was 100% professional and held our hand through the entire process. Our home turned out even better than we imaged and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I have always heard that building a home can be a stressful process but Marshall took those stresses out of the equation. He was always honest, on time, transparent, and easy to work with. If we ever decide to take on another project we will be reaching out to Biter Design Build.

We inquired about Biter Design Build through the online website. After meeting with Marshall and previewing a previous job done by him, we knew he was the right person for our home build. Marshall was very professional, knowledgeable in all areas, and open to ideas we suggested such as installing a heated concrete floor for the living areas of our home. He was efficient and very responsive when contacted. Marshall was very proactive in finding any thing that may have needed to be done or redone during the process (even if we didn't notice them). Marshall was a very reliable and productive builder that really gave 100%+ to the job. We have been in our home for almost a month and we are still in contact with him finishing up the landscaping, etc. He continues to support us and answers any questions we may have and/or additions we want to do to the property. Biter Designs was great to work with. We needed a pool house built to match our existing home. He told us he would treat the project as if it were his own and he did. He was diligent to get our HOAs approval and the match to our existing home (which was required) is remarkable. He helped with the architectural renderings which saved us money big time. Even though our home was built about 12 years ago he was able to match all our finishings to a T. He pointed out and corrected things that we did not even notice throughout the process. People that see the pool house have remarked that it looks like it belongs and has always been here. Communication was a million times better than any contractor Ive dealt with. He was always willing to listen and address our concerns/ideas/suggestions. He never over promised anything. Id like to think we had realistic expectations- but he far exceeded them. Outstanding final product. Forever grateful that we contacted Biter Designs.
