I had a move out clean and my carpets cleaned and I wish I had called sooner and had my house cleaned while I still lived there! My house has never looked so good and the carpets were completely dry in 30 minutes. Their team was fast and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received from Top2Bottom! We were afraid we were going to have to replace our dining room carpet after remodeling our kitchen. The Top2Bottom lady was able to remove two coffee stains and the dirt trail from the workers doing the kitchen! I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you Top2Bottom! I'm recommending you to all my friends!

I requested an estimate to be done for my business office via the text option they offer. I was not contacted, so the next day (24 hrs + after first request) I sent another request. I was finally contacted via text almost 40 hours after the initial request. I replied within 1 minute of the contact and still had to wait another 1 hour for a response from them. At that time I let them know to disregard the request, if it took that long to reply to a simple text, I did not need to be wasting my time, and behold, it took only 5 minutes for a response. So when I wanted them to do an estimate for a business cleaning it took well over 40 hours, once I said disregard it took 5 minutes. Terrible first contact and definitely will not do business with.

I called them and they were a life saver. We bought a new home out of state and they went to our home for an estimate and they found we had an infestation of bugs and alerted me right away. They also found some other issues we had with our new home and did everything to fix the issue. My house feels very clean and I am super picky. Thank you again Top 2 Bottom for Cleaning our home.
