My fiancé bought me a sprocket for Christmas when he gave it to me Christmas Day it was empty I thought there was a joke to go with It but no it was sold to him empty. It took 3 hours of video footage just to get what we paid over $100 for to prove someone stole it the manager was rude and didn’t believe us . It ruined my Christmas and I know it ruined his this woman is way too immature to be a manager of an establishment like this I’d rather go to a ATT store of Verizon where they kiss my ass to buy their product

This is the only place I will go to get a phone. They are all amazing and will help you with everything. Plus you can buy anything from best buy there and pick up at the big store
