First Horizon Bank - CLOSED

I normally use the Whites Creek branch, which is amazing. This branch I have an issue every time I visit. They are less than helpful, not service oriented at all. I switched my business account to Regions, where I've never had an issue. I'm thinking I should switch all my accounts to Regions.

I walked into the branch on Madison St and was immediately greeted by the tellers. They helped me quickly and efficiently I will definitely be back for another hassle free visit.

I believe Kimberly helped me over the phone. I was sooo worried about the ATM eating a large amount of money i deposited. She cleared it up the same day & my money appeared in my account. I didn’t even have to go to the actual bank. I haven’t ever really had a bad experience with them. Thank you so much i will continue to bank with you guys for a long time!

I spoke to a little girl names Renee she works in the "operations department". She was very rude, spoke over me, and then told me that I was yelling at her so she put the phone down. I dropped a check off in the night drop around 8:30 before they opened so when they opened they could deposit it. (I had to go to work so I couldn't stay around to wait). The next day the check was still not in the account. Call to see what happened and apparently she checked the night drop before I dropped the check off and they don't check it again. By the way I did not even give her a time that I did drop it off when she said this. So then after she said that I proceeded to say " So your telling me since I dropped my check off at 8:30 you still didn't deposit it that day". She then tells me the same thing and says she does not need to explain to me that procedures of their night drop. The whole situation was very ridiculous and uncalled for...
