Bought a new 4 wheeler for our grandson for Christmas. What a piece of JUNK!!! Customer Service by the owners were unsatisfactory. Would not even call us back or try to fix the problem. Of course when we purchased it they were the sweetest and most helpful family. I hope their kids are enjoying the money that was used for my grandson Christmas. In today world we need to teach hard work and to be honest. We will never buy or recommend them.

Bought 2 go carts last year from Stettner had issues within a month will admit that one of the go carts was from my daughter's doing but not the other one unfortunately could not get in touch with them due to the coronavirus and they were closed for a while but once I did get a hold of them I was able to take the go cart up there for repairs. Now approximately 8 months later they were unable to find the parts to fix it due to the shortage when I had ask him couldn't he just pull the part off of one of the new ones he wouldn't do it this will be the last time I will ever deal with them again. Would not recommend them to anyone. . Also would like to add if you mention anything about the warranty all they say is you are pass your 30 days but how can you use the warranty if they are always closed not to mention that now they are no longer servicing the products they sell so if something does go wrong good luck on getting it fixed.
