        My wife and I went here for dinner this past weekend. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the food is outstanding. Oh, and the prices are very good for such high-quality food. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good dinner. I look forward to coming back to Chattanooga and eating at Porter's again.

        Do NOT eat breakfast here... It was almost an insult that they even brought out my food which took a long time to even get. The ham was dry and tasted terrible and the biscuits were burnt. The waitress was nice, but it was still unacceptable. I left without even eating.
