I was planning to come here to look for an icemaker, but after reading these reviews, I believe I'll search elsewhere. Please let me be clear Mr. Owner... This is not due to the customer complaints, but to your response to these reviews themselves.

I regret buying here. We are farmers and were looking for a decent used cooler to store produce. We stopped in here and they had a few and they looked good. The sales person, Colton, was friendly. He answered our questions and even wrote his cell phone number on the card. We thought about it and decided to purchase the cooler since they offered a 30 day warranty and said they would haul off the old one we had. Everything seemed on the up and up. They sent two guys to deliver it. Right off the bat, they told us they would not remove the old one, which we had moved outside for them. They called the sales guys, and he told them no, not to take it. That was the first red-flag right there. The delivery itself should have been easy. Just off load from the truck straight into the building and into the second room. No stairs, all level, concrete floor. The move through the interior door was tight, but it did fit; however, the delivery guys became frustrated since they had to slow down to fit it through the door. (They seemed to be in a hurry to go somewhere else.) In trying to force it through the door, they were not paying attention to the main water pipe at ankle height and were pressing on it. My husband was trying to tell them not to hit that pipe because it would flood the room quickly. They were trying to rush and strong arm the thing through the door and weren't listening. So my husband raised his voice and yelled, "Stop!" Literally, that is what he said. One word. Stop! One of the guys suddenly flipped out and started screaming and ran outside saying he was leaving. I went outside to try and calm him down. (My husband and the other guy were trapped in the cooler room since the door was blocked.) The guy outside was cursing like a sailor and called us every name in the book. He said he was going to beat the @#^^ out my husband and get a gun. To say I was shocked by this was an understatement and I began to fear for my own safety as a woman alone with this guy. I tried to explain to the guy that the reason my husband yelled is because they were about to break our water main and didn't know it. But he kept ranting about how nobody was gonna talk to him like that, and we didn't know who he was, etc. I told him he was right, we didn't know who he was, but "I'm sure you are not the kind of guy who would hit a customer, because, if you were, I would have to call the police." That calmed him down enough to talk to him and I was finally able to get him back inside to finish the job without breaking anything. I was pretty shaken up after they left, but chalked it up to him being an unstable person. However, when we finally got the cooler plugged in and running, it wasn't cooling correctly. The temp was going up and down. On Monday I called the salesperson, and told him the temp was not holding steady. He said they would send a repair man. That was the last I ever heard from them. No one every came. I tried calling the office number and his cell phone multiple times, but no one would ever answer. We ended up calling a repair service. They came and put in a new thermostat and it has worked fine ever since. The fact that they didn't stand by their warranty is why I'm giving them this rating. I don't entirely blame the unstable delivery guy on the company, but the company's response, or lack thereof, to this whole issue was just wrong. This is not the way to conduct business. I feel they are very unprofessional, and very sketchy.
