CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates - Chattanooga, Hixson Pike

I was pleased with Dr. Jermaine Hogstrom visit because we had a good conversation about my health! He asked questions, took time to listen and gave me his insight; then requested some labs at the end of the visit. To my surprise I got a message the next day that my lab results were back and needed to call the doctor. Well, I got a little worried... never got lab results within a day and never got a message to call the doctor back for lab results. I usually get my lab results through the mail and go for the follow up as scheduled. I called the doctor back, he went over the results in plain words, gave the norms and where I should be. This is impressive! Thank you Dr. Jermaine Hogstrom and thank you to the staff who is very professional and friendly! I am glad to say "I found my doctor"!

I absolutely love Dr Jeremy Hogstrom! Don't confuse him with his Twin Dr Jerome Hogstrom both are fabulous bit Dr Jeremy is my favorite. He is detailed and will work hard to solve your problems. He is concerened and patient and really listens to his patients needs. His nurse is one of a kind! I love her to death!

I dont usually write reviews but its needed in this case because of how exhausting and hard it can be to find a good doctor that cares. Dr. Jeromy Hogstrom is such an amazing doctor. Ive only gone to him twice, but he went out of his way to make sure he listened and now were on our way to figuring things out. Hes very thorough and quick to suggest tests as well as getting results back. Im so grateful to have him as my doctor because my last experience with a primary care doctor was so terrible. This has truly been an answered prayer for me. If you want to feel heard, I highly recommend coming here. I cant express how thankful I am to come to this office! Also, Keon is funny and went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. Much love to this hardworking team!!
