If I could give a negative on this scale I would I haven’t even been a customer with this company for a month and already they have been the most unprofessional company I have been with. My personal information has been given to whomever calls and they have called people who they say were suppose to be my references that I never put down and have no idea who these people are they have been calling as “My reference” I am extremely disappointed with this company

The rep said they had to verify the check that I was cashing. I asked what would work for verification, and told her what paperwork that I have at home She said that will work. I drove a couple of miles to get the paperwork and when I got back she stated that she had to call and speak with someone to certify the check at the insurance company in order to cash it. In my book costing me time and money knowing that she couldn’t do anything is terrible customer service, no value on people. This is poor quality and poor training.
