I am so upset. I called to actually pay for an SR22, but the woman who answer was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. She quoted me 800 for an SR22 and I said I don't care Ill pay it, but she in return said no this isn't going to work, and i laughed and she asked what was so funny and I said I just want to pay it so i can be on my way to start car shopping. She attempted to explain how she wants to save her customers money, but I reiterated to her that i simply want to pay the SR22 so I can start car shopping. She said forget it and begin to "process" my quote without even having my driver's license. She asked more questions which I answered but she said once again this isn't going to work. I hung up! I never dealt with such RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service in my life and on top of that who tf turns down business like really you are that successful to turn down my business! I am so upset I really want to speak my mind to her face. But I will be following up with a supervisor and i pray to god that she is not the owner of this company because if so that means everyone beneath her is garbage too
