My husband was there for a severe life threatening medical/crash incident the drs medical staff down to the house keepers were FANTASTIC. Communication was excellent I couldnt be present and had no choice but to call and go over everything they kept me informed 100% they respected my input and situation. God really worked through their hands or my husband would not be here. I agree with the information desk I had a bad experience there with one individual and I called their complaint line and it is being investigated. The girl had her badge turned so I couldnt see her name or id straight blast it here. I came for evening visit and laid my ID down so she could scan it and she got an attitude and I looked at her and asked was there a problem cause she yelled can she help me real hateful and I said yea I need a visitor badge and she said they all cant go up and I was going to tell her I knew because I had the instructions in my hand and she said no switching out because a family member had asked me that so she spoke over me and was being rude for no reason she had that morning turned her chair backwards when I got there and refused to help anyone but she had time to flirt with male staff checking the printer. We on our other visits went to another person as she would see us and turn her chair backwards and when we would get our badges shed cut her eyes and make faces very unprofessional behavior and I wasnt allowed to respond due to their policy. She was rude and didnt want to help anyone and was trying to start issues for no reason like hunting for arguments wanting me or someone to say something so she could act out. Plus for ICU you can get parking validation and only one information person knew that or offered that which I thought was really kind. Considering at the time of her behavior we didnt know if my husband was going to make it no one should have to be yelled at and talked to like they have no sense the public isnt there everyday its HER job to help she is literally in the information area trying to cause trouble. Had we been on the street Id told her straight to shut her mouth and act like she had some sense we have a family member not even breathing on his own. I do believe John Jackson is looking into the issue and I hope she gets retraining.

Worst hospital ever!! Been in Er Waiting Room for 12 hours. Being admitted and still here. No Privacy. Dr giving test results where everyone can here medication blood work everything done in waiting room not sanitary filthy place. I have heard over 10 patients test results today from Drs telling them in waiting room. Disappointed insurance should not be billed other patients in waiting room having to help other patients to the restroom. Ridiculous its like watching a movie but real life..

My mom is there and they had to put her on life support to save her life and that's what they did. Now she's awake talking and everything. Thanks Erlanger.
