Bad. Very very bad. I dont think Ive ever given a one-star review, but this place deserves it. I walk in and the floor is sticky, the bathroom is gross, the tables are sticky and littered with trash. I then stood at the counter (not in line) for 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I ordered the bacon ranch cheddar fries, and they gave me chili cheese fries with bacon on top. When I asked for the correct thing politely, I was ridiculed. The staff is so out of it, always. I wont be back to this location.

I love Krystal, but had a very bad experience at this one. I went through the drive-thru and could hear the girl talking to someone else in the background the whole time... Then I got my Cheese Krystals and they were very dry, as if they'd been sitting out for a long time. I also had Chilli Cheese Fries and they didn't give me any napkins in the bag... The sweet tea was good, though!

Waited at the menu for almost 5 minutes then after they come to menu and I order guy tells me that it's going to be awhile.. I ask how long and he says " I have to make 64 Krystal's!" Terrible customer service and attitude!
